Designer Le Vele, Queen Duvet Set, Roberta Review

I ordered this queen duvet set for a full size bed in my guest bedroom. It was at my door within about 3 days and in a lovely wrapped box. The duvet was absolutely beautiful! I immediately took out the sheets and pillowcases and threw them in the washer. Meanwhile, I put my down insert into my duvet and got my bed ready to put together. My first, "uh oh moment" was when I got the sheets out of the dryer. They were tiny! The pillowcases wouldn't have fit a childs pillow much less a queen size. I started putting the duvet on the bed to see how it fit. Remember, I ordered a queen for a full bed. The duvet barely covered the top of the mattress on all sides! Further evidence that something was off was the down insert was a queen size as well and would not fit into the duvet at all. I had to shove the insert just to get it into the duvet and then it was all bunched up. I went to the box and looked to make sure I had not accidentally ordred a twin. No, It was indeed a queen. I was so disappointed. Now, having said that, I immediately called the seller (at 9:00 pm no less) and she could not have been nicer. She helped me with my return and even emailed me with other options if I wanted to order another duvet. And I would have if I had not been afraid of the sizing, but eventually opted for something else as this was a Christmas present.
