Fits my full/queen size down comforter perfectly! The only thing that is kind of deceiving about this picture is that on the left and right sides there's really not much of a pattern, its more towards the end of the bed. Also, there's not much of a pattern towards the top of the bed, which is so you can fold it over and see the pink of the underside of the duvet cover.
